The need for affordable residential property in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region is high. The available residential units are fully reserved / notarized before construction begins. Those already owned plots allow growth to more than 100 residential units in the 2023 financial year.

Deutsche Eigenheim Union is aiming to deepen its presence in the postcode area 15 … and to expand in the rest of the area around Berlin.

Long-term sustainable growth

The home ownership rate in Germany is 47% compared to the EU average of 69%. In the long term, there is a constant need for affordable residential property.
